Well here it is...day one of my blog.

Note to self, always pull your tummy in even when grooving across the veld. I find it very difficult to just be in the moment when there's anyone around - much easier to do so when you are on a horse.

Almost didn't start today after watching Gregory House MD have to diagnose some mad blogger woman whose only problem after being told she would die in a year, sorry a few days was that she had kept schtum on her blog about her bowel movements.......WTF!
